BAND-ID is a collectable, full colour printed, plastic card featuring your album artwork and contact details. At the back, under a scratch panel, is a unique PIN which your fan redeems online to download YOUR music.

Q&A
When will the BAND ID download card service relaunch?
We are working on new functionality on this service and expect to relaunch at the start of October 2010.
What is the turnaround on download cards?
The turnaround from receipt of artwork is approx 7 working days.
What type of artwork do you accept?
We accept JPEG, TIFF and Photoshop files. We have a Photoshop template which we supply with all new orders.
Where does the user enter the PIN number?
The user will visit a specific download page on BAND-ID to enter the PIN. This page is marked on their card. We are working on functionality which will allow the user to enter the PIN on an app on your Myspace page or your own website.
How do we get the email address information?
We email you a list of the email addresses collected at the end of every month.
