How do I place an order?
Email us at info@band-id.co.uk or call 0845 544 0361. Please specify the product that you require, the quantity and any other specifics such as number of colours of print. We will respond with a price confirmation and then supply you with any templates or artwork guidelines you require. You can submit your artwork by email, upload it or send it in on CD. Or give us a call on to place your order.

How do you despatch orders?
We use UK Mail couriers next day delivery service. For very small orders, we may use Royal Mail (butwill try to avoid it!) You may also collect your orders from us at an agreed time.

Can you rush my order and deliver in say half the time?
It might be possible to rush your order. In most instances, this will incur an additional charge. Ask us as soon as you can. And please, try to order items such as CDs before you book your launch party.

Do you ship to Europe or Internationally?
Sure, if you can stand the exchange rate, we will ship to you. Contact us for a shipping quote.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, cheques, BACS and cold hard cash.

Do you supply free samples of your products?
If we have samples of our smaller items from previous orders such as badges and picks, we may send themfree of charge. Larger items such as printed tshirts will have a small charge of £5.

Do you have a price match guarantee?
Sorry, we don’t. We provide extremely competitive prices based on the quality of product that we supply. If we supplied low quality products and delivered in one month then we could probably provide the lowest prices in the market.

Who are you?
BAND-ID is part of Media Heaven Ltd. We are based in Leeds and have been suppying CD and DVD duplication services since 2002.
