TShirt Printing
You will probably make more money selling tshirts than any other merchandise. We can print your logo or band artwork on t shirts, hoodies, hats or any promotional clothing. We offer a screen print for all our tshirts and sometimes a vinyl print depending on the artwork and quantity required. We don’t offer direct to garment tshirt printing because it is not durable enough and only suitable for very small quantities.
If you’re going for a small quantity of shirts (less than 100) and are on a tight budget, we really recommend that you keep the design as simple as possible to in order to keep your price down. The final unit cost depends on the number of colours that you need printed and the type of shirt you request. Our standard shirts are Gildan because we believe they provide the best balance of cost and quality. If you’re looking for top quality and very fashionable, we recommend American Apparel, but this is reflected in the price. Turnaround is typically 7 to 10 working days from receipt of artwork and payment. If you need them faster than that, let us know and we will try to sort it out for you.

Q&A
Can you send me a sample t-shirt?
Yes, we can but we will need to charge you £5 for the sample and postage.
My budget is tight, how can I save money on my shirts?
Print on light shirts instead of dark. Use a one colour print only. Print in one location only.
What type of artwork do you accept?
Our preferred artwork format is a high resolution PDF file with all fonts embedded. We also accept EPS, and AI files. If your design is process or simulated process we can accept a high resolution (min 300 dpi) Photoshop or TIFF file.
How do I calculate the number of colours in my artwork?
If you require printing on a dark shirt, a white underbase will be required on the shirt before printing your design. This will increase the number of colours within your design by one and will increase the unit cost.
Are there any additional costs?
All our prices include setup charges, screens and delivery.
Can I vary the sizes within each order?
Yes, you can vary the tshirt size (S, M or XL) within an order as long as the print size and location remain the same.
